Government Parties to use Drones to Deliver Election Leaflets

GOVERNMENT PARTIES ARE planning to use drone technology to deliver election leaflets during the forthcoming campaign. In a bold move to head off angry voters, Fine Gael and Labour candidates will use drones to drop their election promises from heights of up to 300 feet at undisclosed locations around the country.

Louth Noises News has learned that election campaign managers at both parties have received multiple deliveries of the new technology at their HQs over the past weeks. Dozens more expected in the run up to the election, which is widely believed to take place in late February or early March.

Local Labour TD Ged Nash, however, denied this constituted an election pact.

“The fact of the matter is we have not initiated this initiative as any kind of a joint venture. To suggest otherwise is disingenuous. We have likely strategised this approach independently”, he said.
